Rules are scattered
Stay limits sit on separate official pages, each with its own wording and conditions.

CrossBorder keeps your travel history, planned stays, represented permission rules and document readiness together, so you can see where you have room to go, what may conflict, and what needs re-checking when rules change.
Sign in, create an organisation and start with one traveller. CrossBorder is a planning aid. It does not issue visas or guarantee entry.
Illustrative example with made-up dates and a placeholder rule. It is not a customer and not live rule data.
One trip is easy to reason about. A year of trips, passports and permissions is not.
Stay limits sit on separate official pages, each with its own wording and conditions.
Rolling windows and calendar periods are easy to miscount once several trips overlap.
A new trip changes the room left for the next one. A delay can fix one stay and break another.
An answer you worked out in March may not hold in June.
Screenshots and saved links do not tell you when they stopped being true.
A passport expiring before a return date is found late, not early.
Each step builds on the one before. You can plan a stay without filling in everything, and CrossBorder tells you what is missing.
Passport country and expiry, permissions you hold and a work profile if relevant.
Earlier trips count towards rolling windows and calendar periods.
Put stays into a plan and see them on the Year view.
The represented rules are applied the same way every time, with reasons.
If a represented rule changes the result of a checked stay, you get an in-app alert.
See how a planned stay interacts with represented stay limits and how much allowance remains, before money is spent.
A calendar and Year view put history and plans on one timeline.
Deterministic options such as shortening, delaying, a permission programme or supplying a missing input. They are kept separate from the regulatory result.
Each result names the represented rule, its source and when it was last verified.
Results say when they are stale, and whether your facts or the rules changed.
Note which documents a stay needs, which you hold and when they expire.
Keep several travellers in one organisation and plan shared stays.
Try a hypothetical trip against the represented destinations. Nothing you search for is saved.
Keep your own cost estimate per plan in one currency. CrossBorder does not look up prices or exchange rates.
CrossBorder does not hand you an opaque verdict. A result is produced by deterministic code from rules that have been entered with a source and reviewed. It is not produced by AI.
Each result names the rule it used, the source (title, publisher, last-checked date), whether the rule is confirmed or only likely, and its effective dates.
Rules are versioned. Every check is kept as history, so an earlier result is never overwritten by a later one.
When a represented rule changes the result of a stay you checked, CrossBorder re-evaluates that stay, keeps the earlier result and raises an alert describing what changed.
For a destination that is not represented, CrossBorder says so. Missing coverage is never shown as “allowed”.
CrossBorder is an independent nCrypt product. It is not endorsed by, or affiliated with, any government or immigration authority.
CrossBorder helps you understand and monitor represented travel rules. It does not issue visas, guarantee entry, or replace advice or decisions from immigration authorities.
It does not apply for, submit or track visas or other applications.
It is not legal, immigration or tax advice. A “Ready” result means no conflict was found under the confirmed rules represented. It is not approval.
Coverage is maintained by nCrypt and is not comprehensive. It can be missing or need re-checking.
It does not book travel, read documents or look up live prices. Documents are readiness notes: nothing is uploaded and no passport numbers are stored.
The planning, checking, monitoring and document-readiness workflow is live. Regulatory coverage is whatever has been entered and reviewed so far, and alerts appear in the app only, not by email or text. There is no billing yet.
To try it, sign in, create an organisation and add your first traveller. Questions about access or coverage: [email protected].
For each planned stay it applies the represented rules for that destination and your passport and permission: per-entry limits, rolling windows, calendar periods and cool-off periods. The same inputs always give the same result.
They are entered by nCrypt with a supporting source and reviewed before they are used. Each result shows the rule, its source and when it was last verified.
If the change alters the result of a stay you have checked, CrossBorder re-evaluates that stay, keeps the earlier result in history and raises an in-app alert. Results that no longer match your facts or the rules are marked stale until re-checked.
No. It is a planning aid, not legal, immigration or tax advice, and no result is a guarantee. Check the official source before you rely on anything marked “Needs verification”.
No. It does not apply for, submit or track visas or any other application.
No. Only destinations and programmes that have been entered and reviewed are represented. For anything else CrossBorder says it does not have enough represented information. That is not a sign that anything is allowed or forbidden.
Yes. An organisation can hold several travellers, and plans can include shared stays.
A traveller name, passport issuing country and expiry, any permissions held, and past and planned stays. Passport numbers, scans and uploads are not stored and should not be entered.
Add a traveller, plan a stay and see the represented rules, with sources, before you book.
